Our website address is: https://clubftm.com. Our brand is Mod Club. The entities are one in the same and will be referred to here as ClubFTM.

  • ClubFTM keeps a secure database of any details submitted to us. We ask that you use a real email address, but your other details can be as anonymous as you choose.
  • ClubFTM does not allow providers to submit content on behalf of trans patients or contact patients about previous procedures. Please contact us if you’re a provider and want to submit content or remediate a dispute.
  • All users of ClubFTM retain 100% rights and ownership of their uploaded media. This media will never be used in any way outside of its intention upon upload without getting documented consent from the user first. This media will never be sold to a 3rd party.

    • We collect contact information to be able to communicate with you. For example, if you sign up for a mailing list, create an account, apply for a job, or enter a promotion, you may be asked to provide your name, address, email, cell phone number, and/or date of birth. We retain this information for an unlimited amount of time and do not use this information for any marketing purposes.
    • We collect basic visitor information through Google Analytics cookies (search queries, device type, geolocation, return visits, etc.) but you can opt out of cookies at any time via your browser settings. To learn how Google uses your information see Google’s privacy policy. We retain this information for an unlimited amount of time and use this information for our internal marketing purposes only.
    • We collect credit card information when you make a purchase on our website. In such event, it is our policy to redirect you to a payment processing portal hosted by a third party payment processor. Please read the privacy policy on our payment processor’s website regarding the use, storage and protection of your credit card information before submitting any credit card information.
    • We collect personal data to process and ship your orders, inform you about the status of your orders, correct addresses and conduct identity verification and other fraud detection activities. This involves the use of certain Personal Data and payment information.
    • We collect personal data when you interact with our third party social networking features, such as “Like” or “Share” functions, to serve you with advertisements and engage with you on third party social networks. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

This group includes vendors that help us provide our Services to you (like Stripe, WooCommerce, CloudWays, CloudFlare, MailChimp, WordPress, BuddyBoss, Wasabi and miscellaneous 3rd party plugins), those that help us understand and enhance our Services (like Google Analytics and their related suite of services, along with SemRush), and companies that make products available on our websites (such as the extensions on WooCommerce.com), who may need information about you in order to, for example, provide technical or other support services to you.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How to opt out of data collection

If you have a ClubFTM account, you can opt-out of receiving our marketing communications by modifying your preferences in the “view or change my profile” section of our Sites. You can also opt-out by modifying your email or SMS subscriptions by clicking on the unsubscribe link or following the opt-out instructions included in the message. Alternatively, you can contact us using our contact form to ask us to delete your information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Any information you post publicly on the site is your responsibility and can no longer be protected by ClubFTM. Any information that we require or ask of you that is stored in our databases but not displayed publicly (like your email address at registration), will be stored privately and securely and never shared or sold.

How we protect your data

While no online service is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so, such as hosting our website with a secure webhost that monitors the servers for potential vulnerabilities and attacks, keeping up-to-date with our plugins, themes, and WordPress, and through installation of a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate.

This platform is fully protected with end-to-end encryption that ensures that all data in transit is protected and encrypted with HTTPS/SSL protocol, preventing access to data during transfer from one system to another.

Access to our platform is protected with industry standard Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to strengthen platform security and minimize the incidents of unauthorized access to user account.

Our compliance with the requirements of European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is just another demonstration of our commitment to the security of customer data and our large European customer base.

We use a variety of WordPress plugins and 3rd party tools to operate this site.

Mailchimp

When you signup for our mailing list and interact with an email campaign that you receive from us, we may collect information about your device and interaction with an email via Mailchimp cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information.     • Device information: We collect information about the device and applications you use to access emails sent through our Services, such as your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, and other information about your system and connection.
    • Product usage data: We collect usage data about you whenever you interact with emails sent through the Services, which may include dates and times you access emails and your browsing activities (such as what pages are viewed). We also collect information regarding the performance of the Services, including metrics related to the deliverability of emails and other electronic communications our Members send through the Services. This information allows us to improve the content and operation of the Services, and facilitate research and analysis of the Services.

If you have opted in to our marketing emails, you can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our marketing messages.

Google Remarketing/Retargeting, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting

    • We currently use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to stay abreast of the site’s usage and performance. We are not currently using Google Ads.
    • Cookies are used by third-parties to display relevant advertising to the user.
